As we all know, 2011 was one of worst years for real estate in our lifetime. Values have continued to fall in the wake of short-sales and foreclosures entering the market in every neighborhood. To make matters worse, lenders have significantly tightened their requirements for borrowers as they overcompensate for the mortgages that were doled out for years to buyers who were likely to eventually default.
While many brokers have left the business, WE ARE STILL HERE! I’d like to tell you about some important projects we have completed this past year.

1. We have successfully expanded to include full rental services to help our clients who want to move but cannot sell their property. In addition, we assist tenants looking to rent properties until they are able to complete a purchase.
   
   
2. We have assisted numerous condo associations to complete FHA certification to make purchasing units easier for buyers with less money to put down.
   
   
3. In a new alliance with Jewish Vocational Service (JVS), we offer FREE credit builder counseling to assist ANYONE in substantially increasing their credit scores to make them more eligible to receive mortgages, qualify for consideration as renters, receive more favorable insurance rates, and even get better jobs.
   
   
4. We have moved to a different space but in the same building. Our new address is 1300 W Belmont #325, Chicago, IL 60657
